Oilfield Production
Oil & Gas Exploration and Production (E&P) requires great technical expertise, big financial commitments and high risks. For these reasons we supply only the most experienced and reliable candidates either as Consultants (Contract) or for permanent staff placements.
Discipline Types: Geologists, Geophysicists, Petro physicists, Petroleum and Reservoir Engineers, Drilling Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Technical Assistants, other specialists in the Upstream Industry.
Subsea Engineering
This specialist division has expert knowledge of the disciplines, certifications and experience required for most types of Subsea Engineering works.
Discipline Types: Offshore and Onshore Management, Project Management, Project Engineering, ROV Pilots, Plough Technicians, Route Engineers, Geologists, Drilling (all disciplines), Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Pipeline Engineers and Fabrication / Topsides Design.
Renewable Energy
We have developed a specialism in Windfarm Projects and our consultants have supplied Installation Teams for three major projects and have worked with some of the largest names in Windfarm Design and Management.
We operate in most areas of the renewable energy market place worldwide.
The Application Process ( Click the title for each steps explanation )
1. Upload CV through website only
For efficiency reasons, we do not accept CV’s by post or in person and ask all candidates to upload their CV’s directly through the website, whether in response to a job or a direct enquiry.
2. Candidate consultation interview
Once your CV has been submitted via our website we will set up an objective analysis interview which is done over approximately 45mins — 1 hour with a Team One Energy Consultant face to face or over the phone. Amongst the questions you will be asked are detailed facts on current duties and responsibilities held, reasons for leaving your current employment along with your aspirations, needs and wants and helpful tips with your personal employment brand.
3. Commitment
All candidates are requested at your Team One Energy Consultation interview to commit to responding to telephone calls immediately (or as soon as possible), all face to face interviews and once a CV has been submitted and an interview is arranged, that you will attend.
4. Matching Process
Accurate matching process starts to current client vacancies. Candidate Confidentiality is key to our business and we promise to gain your prior approval before sending your CV to any prospective client.
5. Skills Testing and Security Checks
Details of vacancy status, interview process, tests required and timescales will have been ascertained beforehand, however please be prepared to take necessary skills testing both manually and online, at the clients request. Information relating to County Court Judgements and Unspent Criminal convictions are also obtained.
6. Job Interviews
These are primarily done face to face with the Client, however, dependant on the clients situation and request, dependent on where you are based, you could be requested to interview via video conferencing facilities. Your availability for interview will have been provided with CV submission to the client.
7. Detailed Job Briefing
Once an interview has been confirmed by the client, you will then be thoroughly briefed on the job by a Team One Energy Consultant.
8. Feedback/Job Offer
Feedback is taken from every candidate and the client and passed on to both successful and unsuccessful candidates either verbally, by email or both.
