Team One Energy is delighted to launch our recruitment offering, specialising in servicing clients within Oilfield Production, Subsea Engineering and Renewable Energy. With established offices since 1995 in the United Kingdom and a recent office opening up in Dubai in 2007, already servicing some of the worlds leading brands, we believe we are well positioned to provide outstanding candidates for this highly specialised sector.

All our consultants are carefully selected and we place particular emphasis on their listening skills. As you would expect, many of them have a background in recruitment — but we also have consultants from industry side. All are mature professionals with a sincere and caring approach.

Human Resource

We place great emphasis on the treatment of candidates and as a result some 40% of registrations on average are as a result of personal recommendations. We spend time with each individual, listening to them, getting to know them, and understanding their aspirations and strengths. The key factors are human intuition, experience and good judgement.
